Description

Here is an excellent example of an M1 carbine made by Postal Meter. These guns were manufacturer by a great many manufacturers and the Postal Meter company was pressed into service by the U.S. government to supply weapons. This gun seems to be either an unissued M1 or maybe a armory rebuild. It has a flat finish on the stock and forearm which leads us to believe it to be unissued. The only mark on the gun is the tiny scratch on the stock beside the back of the receiver that you can see on the last picture. This is part of an estate so we don't know the background. it appears to function and everything work as it should.
