Description
A military style 1891 Argentine carbine. Scoped, Made from all military parts except the scope and mount. Weaver K-2.5 scope, Bushnell steel single post universal rings. Bent bolt, Barrel recess crowned. Good bore, NO OPEN SIGHTS. Nose cap is from a 98 Mauser long rifle. Slight marks (pitting ? ) on side of magazine. This rifle was assembled and built over a number of years. Somewhere along the line it has been re-barreled. It does feed,function,and fire. Have the head space checked on this rifle. The safety does not clear the scope.
This rifle is in very good condition for it's age. And unique in it's configuration.
